PETITION FOR ORDER TO AMEND PETITION FOR GRANT OF LETTERS
DATED JUNF, 29,2015, TO OPEN PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED ESTATE
TO THF, REGISTER OF WILLS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY:
The Petition of Lauren Kleiq by a�d through her undecsigned counsel
respectfully cepresents:
1. Carol E. Fox (the "Decedent") died testale o� May 26, 2015, a resident of
Cumbedand County, Pennsylvania.
2. On June 29, 2015, the Petitionec Lauren Klein, was commissioned a�d
swore her oath as Executoc at thc Philadclphia County Register of Wills.
3. In the original Petition fo� grant of letters, in section A. Petition for
Probate aud Grant of Letters Testamentary, the petition stares the DecedenYs last
Will and Testament as dated May 24, 2004.
4. Following the filing of the June 29, 2015 Petitioq the Petitioner
discoveced the date of the DecedenYs Las[ Will and Testament as May 24, 2004 was in
error.
5. The Pe[itioner avecs that section A. Petition for Probate and Grant of
Lettere Testamentary, should be amended as follows:

a. Petitioner avers she is the Executoc named in the last Will of the
Decedent, dated 1/14YL013. (The origina12013 Will is included herein).
6. The Petitioner is the named first and sole Executor under the 2013 Will.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner respectf�lly requests that the Register issue a
Order amending the June 29, 2015 Petition for Grant of I.,etters in the Estate of Carol C.
Fox to reflect the January 14, 2013 Last Will and Testament.
