CALKINS, File # 2013-00942" Attachment #1: Subject Letter Attachment #2: Original Rule 6.12 Status Report w/Estate Accounting dated 01/12/15 Attachment #3: SECOND Rule 6.12 Status Report dated 08/06/15 Ms Grayson: I am in receipt of your subject letter, a copy of which is provided hereunder as Attachment#1. I called the Register of Wills office at the number provided on your letter this afternoon (8/6/15) and was advised there was no record in the computer of the Status Report which I had hand delivered to the Courthouse on 01/14/15. Apparently, my documentation was lost, misfiled or otherwise mishandled without being recorded. I am including hereunder a copy of my original Rule 6.12 Status Report as Attachment #2. The three page "Estate FINAL ACCOUNTING/COMPLETED ADMINISTRATION" provided here was also included as an attachment to the original. The other two heirs, -my siblings-, were provided with hard copies of this accounting contemporaneously, as indicated. Please note, the document was date-stamped 01/14/15 @ 2:31 PM and also marked "RECORDED". I have executed and am providing a SECOND Rule 6.12 Status Report, as Attachment #3, in the event you require a "wet signature" original for the County records. I am herewith requesting and it is my expectation that you personally insure these documents are properly handled/recorded and will provide me with confirmation thereof. I believe Dorothea L. Calkins' Estate (my mother) to have been closed as of the filing of the original Rule 6.12 Status Report and that the Orphan's Court was in receipt of all necessary related documents. If I am in error and I owe any additional forms or documentation,please advise me in writing what those specific documents are, in detail.
