DECREE AWARDIlIG REAL ESTATE
~ ~~, 1978, the First and final
Account of Dorothy Rose Kling, Executrix of the Last will and
Testament of the above decedent, having been confirmed by this
Court, together with Statement of Distribution showing the
award of real estate to Dorothy Rose Kling, it is ordered,
adjudged and decreed that the following described real estate
be and the same is hereby awarded to Dorothy Rose Kling:
ALL that certain lot of land situate in the
Township of East Pennsboro, County of Cumberland,
State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows:
BEING Lots No. 11 and 12 section C on the plan
of Lots of West Enola, said plan being recorded in
Plan Book 1, Page 29, each of said Lots fronting
fifty (50) feet on the west side of Humer Street
(formerly Somerset Street) and extending back at
even width 140 feet to a 15 feet wide alley. Having
thereon erected a dwelling house NO. 19 Humer Street
Enola, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Maude H. Brinton et
vir by deed dated June 11, 1946 and recorded in Deed
Book 13 G, Page 345, and the same which Joseph Kling
and Viola Kling, his wife, by deed dated July 11, 1925
and recorded in Deed Book 10 C, Page 542 conveyed unto
Joseph Kling the decedent above named, the said Joseph
Kling having the name Joseph Kling, Jr. in the second
of said two deeds.
