BE IT REMEMBERED,that I,NANCY L.WOJNAR,presently of 124 Blacksmith Road,
Camp Hill,Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make,publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
null and void any and all Wills and Testaments and writings in the nature thereof by me at any time
heretofore made.
ITEM 1: I direct that my hereinafter named Executrix pay all my just debts, my funeral
expenses, and the expenses of the administration of my estate. With this direction,I authorize and
empower my Executrix to expend for my funeral expenses and interment such amounts as she may
consider necessary and proper,without regard to any limit that may be prescribed by a court of law.
ITEM 2: I direct my Executrix to pay all inheritance,estate,succession,and legacy taxes of
whatsoever nature and kind,to which my estate,or the transfer of any property passing hereunder or
otherwise passing by reason of my demise, may be subject, and to charge such taxes against my
residuary estate. It is my intention that none of the aforesaid taxes, either federal or state, on any
property required to be included in my gross estate,under the provisions of any state or federal law
now in force or hereafter enacted, shall be prorated among the persons interested in my estate to
whom such property is or may be transferred or to whom any benefit accrues.
ITEM 3: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever nature and
wheresoever situate, whether it be real, personal or mixed, including property over which I have a
power of appointment, I give, devise and bequeath, as follows:
a. Fifty percent(50%)to my daughter,JEAN L.WOJNAR,currently of Hershey,PA;
and
b. Thirty-five percent (35%) to my granddaughter, KATELYN A. RYNEARSON,
currently of Hummelstown, PA; and
c. Fifteen percent (15%) to my son-in-law, EARL E. ROMBERGER, currently of
Harrisburg, PA, even after his divorce is final from my daughter, JENNIFER A.
RYNEARSON.
ITEM 4: In the event that my daughter, JEAN L. WOJNAR, predeceases me, her share
shall go to my granddaughter, KATELYN A. RYNEARSON.
ITEM 5: In the event that my son-in-law,EARL E.ROMBERGER,predeceases me,his
share shall go to my granddaughter, KATELYN A. RYNEARSON.
ITEM 6: I have intentionally failed to provide for my daughter, JENNIFER A.
RYNEARSON,whether claiming to be an heir of mine or not. Such failure is intentional and not
occasioned by accident or mistake, but for reasons of my own.
ITEM 7: In the event any beneficiary should be less than twenty-five(25)years of age at
the time of my death, I give the share of such beneficiary unto my Trustee hereinafter named, IN
TRUST, NEVERTHELESS, for the following uses and purposes:
A. My Trustee shall hold and administer said trust property, collect the income therefrom,
and expend or apply the net income as hereinafter directed. During the administration of
my estate, the income earned by the property included in this Trust shall be considered
income of this Trust and subject to distribution as hereinafter provided for other income
of this Trust.
B. My Trustee shall pay and/or use for the benefit of said beneficiary or their lineal
descendants so much of the net income as deemed necessary for their support,
maintenance,and education,and any income not so used shall be accumulated and added
to the corpus of this Trust.

C. My Trustee shall have the power in her discretion to encroach upon the corpus of the
Trust estate in such amounts and at such times as he may deem necessary in order to
provide for the support, maintenance, care, and education of said beneficiary.
D. All of the net income may be paid to or for the benefit of the beneficiary at least semi-
annually.
E. When the oldest child attains the age of twenty-five(25)years,the principal of the Trust
shall be divided into as many shares as are hereinbefore mentioned living children.
F. Upon attaining the age of twenty-five(25),each child shall have the right to withdraw the
entire balance of his/her share.
Such rights of withdrawal shall be cumulative,and may be exercised in whole or in part,from
time to time, after that right accrues.
ITEM 8: I appoint, my sister, SUSAN J. (COLEMAN) SHOLTIS, as Trustee of the
assets of any child that receives a share of assets which are regulated by the provisions of this Will
and I specifically direct that she not be required to post bond for the faithful performance of her
duties as Trustee. In the event Susan J. (Coleman) Sholtis should predecease me, fail to qualify, or
cease to act, I appoint JO BETH COLEMAN, as alternate Trustee.
ITEM 9: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my sister, SUSAN J. (COLEMAN)
SHOLTIS,currently of Mechanicsburg,PA,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,with
full power in her discretion to do any and all things necessary for the complete administration of my
estate,with full power to sell at public ar private sale and without order of court any real or personal
property belonging to my estate, and to compound,compromise or otherwise to settle or adjust any
and all claims, charges, debts and demands whatsoever I could if living. In the event my sister,
Susan J. (Coleman)Sholtis,should predecease me,fail to qualify,cease to act,or renounce probate,I

appoint my sister-in-law, JO BETH COLEMAN,as Alternate Executrix,of this my Last Will and
Testament.
ITEM 10: It is my express desire and request that my Executrix,or her successor,whenever
she may need legal advice and assistance in the settlement of my estate,or in carrying out any of the
purposes of my Will, shall consult and employ Brian C. Linsenbach, Esquire, of Dillsburg, PA,he
having an intimate knowledge of my affairs and of my views and wishes in many matters that may
arise in the settlement of my estate.
ITEM 11: I direct that my hereinbefore named Executrix, or her successors, shall not be
required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in this or any jurisdiction.
ITEM 12: My Executrix, or her successor, shall be entitled to reasonable compensation
based upon the actual responsibilities assumed and performed.
