� ^'' MOTION TO MAKE RULE RETURNABLE ABSOLUTE
AND NOW, this the 18�' day of August, 2015, comes the Petitioner, and in accordance with
the citation dated June 12th, 2015, makes this Motion to make the Rule Returnable Absolute:
1. On or about June 12'�', 2015, a citation to show cause why Letters Testamentary
should not be granted to Petitioner was issued and served upon Dean Jiwanji
and Salma Jiwanji of 810 North Market Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
2. Said citation established such rule being returnable within twenty(20) days after
service,by way of answer.
3. No answers have been filed as of the date of this Motion.
4. More than twenty(20) days has passed since the last party was served.
5. Petitioner requests that a Decree be entered allowing Petitioner to apply for
Letters of Administration on the Estate of Isaac D. Jiwanji.
