KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,JESSICA SHADLE, of 6276
State Route 209,Elizabethville,Pennsylvania,do hereby acknowledge that upon the signing
of this Release I will receive from Nancy Grosser and Jessica Shadle, Co-Executors of
the Estate of LaVerne J. Culton, late of the Township of Lower Allen, County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the sum of One Hundred Nineteen
Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Nine Dollars and Ten Cents($119,389.10). In addition,
upon approval of the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return by the Department of Revenue
and payment of all taxes and debts,I will receive one-third(1/3)of the remaining balance
held in reserve in the estate account, in full settlement of any claim or claims that I may
have by, under and because of the Will of the late La Verne J. Culton.
AND,THEREFORE,I,JESSICA SHADLE,intending to be legally bound hereby,
do,by these presents,release,quit-claim and discharge Nancy Grosser and Jessica Shadle,
as Co-Executors of the Estate of La Verne J. Culton,deceased,and,their heirs and assigns,
of and from all actions,claims and demands whatsoever,related to the administration of this
Estate.
I,JESSICA SHADLE,have been duly advised of my right to have Nancy Grosser
and Jessica Shadle, Co-Executors, file with the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County an Accounting of the services they have rendered,
and I do hereby specifically waive my right to have such an Accounting prepared and
presented to the Court.
