AND NOW, this 17th day of August, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for Probate
and Grant of Letters, filed by Semyon Fridman, on August 11, 2015, for the estate of Nikolai
Fridman, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioner shall post surety bond in the amount of
$90,000.00 in the name of the Commonwealth. Petitioner is directed to comply with
Local Rule 3591.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S. §3351 et. seq., no proceeds
of real estate shall be paid to the personal representative until the court has made an
order excusing her from entering additional security or if the court requires additional
security, only after the personal representative has entered the additional security.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that upon proper filing the Bond of Personal
Representative, Letters of Administration shall be granted to Semyon Fridman.
