LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Pauline M. Middleton, of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding,
de herebj� dedare this to be rrry last wili, hereby revoking any and all wills
heretofore made by me.
Item I. I direct my executor hereinaker named to pay all my debts
and funeral expenses.
Item II. I hereby give, devise, and bequeath all my property, both
real and personal, to my husband, Robert M. Middleton, providing he survives
me by thirty days.
Item III. In the event that my husband does not so survive me, I
bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my Estate to my daughter,
Bonnie J. Middleton, of Baltimore, Maryland.
Item IV. In the event my husband does not so survive me and that
my daughter, Bonnie J. Middleton, does not survive me, then I devise and
bequeath all the rest and remainder of my Estate, both real and personal, in two
equal parts to my brother, Eugene Hull,and my sisterin-law, Frances Johnson.
Item V. I nominate, constitute, and appoint my husband, Robert M.
b.iddleton, as my Executur. In the event that he is unable to serve, i appoint my
daughter,Bonnie J. Middleton, as my Executiix.
