ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 6th day of July, 2015, it is hereby
ordered and directed that Erin Leigh "Ebersole" Klein is
appointed guardian of Carter Klein for the express purpose of
receiving and holding funds currently held by The Adirondack
Trust Company in favor of said Carter Klein. It is further
ordered and directed that upon receipt of this Order The -
Adirondack Trust Company shall release said funds to Erin Leigh
"Ebersole" Klein as guardian for Carter Klein. Said funds are
to be deposited into the Pennsylvania State Employee Credit
Union account number 8417812628 . Said account to be marked
"Prohibiting any withdrawal therefrom prior to June 6 , 2025,
without Order of Court . " Petitioner to provide proof to this
Court within 10 days of receipt of said funds that said
restricted account has been opened.
