And now, this 1� day of�, 2015, in consideration of the facts piesented in
the Petition for SmaR Estate administration for the Estate of Jacelyn Stoner,
said petition is granted under 20 Pa. C.S.A. §3102.
Pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.A. §3102, Donald Stoner, as ExecuWr of the Estate of
dacelyn Stoner, is authocized to transfer decedent's property without probatc
of Jacelyn Stoner's Last Will and Testament.
This Decree of Distxibution shall be recognized by Pxudential with the same
authm�ty as a short certificafz issued by the Register of Willa of Cumberland
County, Pemisylvania. Donald Stoncr, as Executor, is authorized to effect
the transfex of the Prudential stock shares owned by his wife, Jacelyn Stoner,
to himself as the Beneficiary of her estate.
