DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 20th day of August, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for
Grant of Letters filed for the above decedent, an instrument offered for probate as the
Last Will and Testament, dated July 23, 2007, a document titled Addendum to Will of.�
Marlin H Miller[hereinafter referred to as Addendum], dated December 20, 2008, and a
Stipulation signed by both co-executrixes, the sole beneficiary of the Addendum and
their respective counsel, and consideration having been given thereto, the following
determination is made:
IT IS DECREED that the Last Will and Testament of Marlin H. Miller meets the
criteria for probate and shall be admitted. A codicil or other writing of a testamentary
nature must be proved and attested to in the same manner as a Will. The parties were
given an opportunity to prove the Addendum by two witnesses so that it could be
considered for admission to probate. By way of response, the parties executed a
Stipulation indicating that they wished to withdraw the Addendum from the Register's
consideration.
Absent proof that the Addendum meets the formatities for probate, the Register is
without authority to rule as to the testamentary nature of the Addendum and prohibited
from admitting it to probate. Nothing in this Decree shall be construed as passing
judgment on the testamentary nature of the Addendum. The Addendum will, however,
remain as part of the record. \

IT IS FURTHER DECREED Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Marla L.
Albright and Kelly L. Clopper. They shall have all the rights and duties of fiduciaries
under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate
according to law.
