All the rest, residue and remainder of my jewelry I give equally unto Heidi Cassell Detter, Tammy Cassell Froseth, Natalie Cassell Quigley and Brooklyn Amber Detter, share and share alike. E. Unto Maynard Ray Cassell and Theodore B. Cassell, equally, I give my husband, Wesley Dyson Cassell's service ribbons and medals, all cut glass and antique china, share and share alike. F. If both Maynard Ray Cassell and Theodore B. I direct that any and all Inheritance, Estate and Transfer taxes imposed upon my estate passing under my Will or otherwise, shall be paid out, of the principal of my residual estate. ITEM VI. I appoint my husband, Wesley Dyson Cassell, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event of his renunciation, death, resignation or inability to act for any reason whatsoever, I appoint Maynard Ray Cassell Executor of this 2 my Last Will and Testament. I relieve my Executor from the necessity of posting security in connection with his duties as such in any jurisdiction in which he may be called upon to act. ITEM VII. This Will is not the product of any contract or agreement between me and my husband, Wesley Dyson Cassell, and my husband shall be free to dispose of any property (whether acquired under this Will or otherwise) , either during his lifetime or by Will, as he deems proper in his sole discretion.
