I, LUCILLE B. SHEAFFER, of Middlesex Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, do make and publish this my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils heretofore made
by me.
1. I direct my executors, hereinafter named, to pay all my
just debts, funeral and administrative expenses as soon as conven-
iently may be done after my death.
2. I give and bequeath the sum of $15,000.00 to the First
United Methodist Church, 64 East North Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
3. I give and bequeath the sum of $5,000.00 to the Carlisle
Hospital, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
4. I give, devise and bequeath my house and land, at R. D. 8,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in which I now reside, and all articles of
tangible personal property therein, including any automobile owned
by me, to my sister and brother-in-law Betty Ann Bowersox and
Robert H. Bowersox, absolutely.
5. I order and direct my executors, hereinafter named, to sell
all the remainder of my property, real and personal, not specifically
devised or bequeathed herein, as soon as may be convenient after
my decease, at either public or private sale or sales, and the
proceeds of such a sale or sales, together with any money or its
equivalent, after payment of debts, expenses, etc., I give and
bequeath as follows:
(1) $50,000.00 to Betty Ann Bowersox and Robert H.
Bowersox or the survivor, and
(2) All the rest, residue and remainder, share and
share alike to each of the following 14 persons,
to wit:
1. Paul S. Sheaffer
2. Mary S. Hemenway
3. Kenneth Sheaffer
4. Marion Mast
5, 6, & 7. The three children of my sister,
Emma B. Weaver.

8, 9, 10, 11 & 12. The five children of my
sister, Mary Jane Wilson.
13 & 14. The two children of my brother, Lee
H. Brenneman.
6. I nominate and appoint Robert H. Bowersox and Betty Ann
Bowersox as executors of this my Last Will and Testament, without
the posting of any bond.
7. I direct my executors to retain the services of Irwin,
Irwin & Irwin, as Attorneys in the settlement of my estate.

respectively, whose names are signed to the foregoing instrument,
being first duly sworn, do hereby declare to the undersigned
authority that the testatrix signed and executed the instrument
as her Last Will and that she had signed willingly, and that she
executed it as her free and voluntary act for the purposes therein
expressed. and that each of the witnesses, in the presence and
hearing of the testatrix. signed the Will as a witness and that
to the best of their knowledge the testatrix was at that time
eighteen years of age or older, of sound mind and under no
constraint or undue influence.
