PURSUANT TO Pa. O.C. Rule 6.9
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this t Sway of 2015,the herein Account
is confirmed absolutely and distribution is decreed as follows:
1. The residuary balance available for distribution is to be distributed in four (4)
equal shares among the following charitable beneficiaries,to wit:
a. American Red Cross 25%
b. First Church of God 25%
C. Grace United Methodist Church 25%
d. Lincoln Chapel 25%
2. The Assignment of Restitution payments due to decedent by Jeannette Thorpe,
providing for division and distribution of each payment in four(4) equal shares among the four
(4) said charities is approved in full and is hereby confirmed.
3. Petitioner Executor is hereby directed to make a timely and convenient formai
closure of the Estate and upon completion of the same shall hereby be deemed to be and shall be
discharged of any further duties in the matter.
