AND NOW, this 25th day of August, 2015, the Court
being in receipt of two sets of objections to the First and
Final Account of Fred H. Junkins, Executor of the Estate of
Charles J. Rife, deceased, and it appearing that those
objections may not be readily or easily resolved, we take the
matter under advisement for a period of two weeks to allow the
parties to either resolve the issues, present names of proposed
auditors to the Court, or for the Court on its own to determine
if there is a willing and able attorney somewhere in Cumberland
County to serve as auditor.
