AND NOW, this -fi� day of AUGUST, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver
of Three Days For Maniage License Application and it appearing that LARRY STEVEN SEELEY and
KATELYN MICHELLE PROVINS will apply on Au�ust 27, 2015 for a marriage license and the Court
being satisfied that extraordinary circumstance demand it,the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby
authorized to issue said license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions
concerning marriages under Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
