You are notified that I am the surviving spouse of Forrest A.
Nelson, deceased, and that I hereby elect to take against his will and
against all conveyances within the scope of ~2 of the Probate, Estates
& Fiduciaries Code of June 30, 1972, P.L. 508, 20 Pa. C.S.A. ~6lll, and
of which I am a beneficiary. And further, I elect to take such interests
in the real and personal estate of the said decedent as are provided in
~2508(b) of said Act.
