Beech Avenue sixty-five (65) feet to a point on the northern line of Miller Alley; thence
westerly along Miller Alley one hundred twenty-three (123) feet to appoint on Poplar Avenue;
and thence in a northerly direction along Poplar Avenue seventy-three and eighty-two
one-hundredths (73.82) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.

Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 3, Page 58.
