PETITION FOR LEAVE TO WITHDRAW
The Petition of Mark A. Mateya, Esquire, respectfully represents the following:
1. The above-referenced action was filed in 2015,by way of filing a Petition for Probate
on behalf of Michael R. Schmidt, Executor of the Estate of Patsy A. Schmidt who died testate on
August 1, 2015.
2. Letters Testamentary were granted on August 24, 2015 by Lisa M. Grayson, Esq.,
Register of Wills in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Michael R. Schmidt has requested Mark A. Mateya,Mateya Law Firm,P.C.,no longer
represent him in the administration of the estate of Patsy A. Schmidt. See exhibit A.
7. Petitioner is not aware of any other counsel who will be entering their appearance on
behalf of the Estate of Patsy A. Schmidt.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court grant Petitioner leave to
withdraw his appearance for Michael R. Schmidt,Executor of the Estate of Patsy A. Schmidt in
this action.
