AND NOW, this 18th day of August, 2015, after hearing testimony on the Petition
to Admit Copy ol Destroyed Will, filed Michael Tichonevicz and Diane Nell by and through
their counsel, Cindy L. Villanella, Esq., IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the photocopy of
the document, dated September 13, 2010, is admitted to probate as the Last Will and
Testament of Lucille Tichonevicz and that upon proper filing of a Petition for Grant of
Letters that Letters Testamentary shall be granted to Michael Tichonevicz and Diane
Nell.
Michael Tichonevicz and Diane Nell shall have all the rights and duties of
fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of
this estate according to law.
