ITEM l: Upon my demise, 1 direct my body be interred nex[ to my la[e wife, Mary Jane
Greenawal[ and my parents, in a family plo[ which I own in Holy Cross Cemetery, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania.
ITEM 2: I direc[that all my funeral expenses be paid as soon as prac[ical after my death.

my dea[h by thirty(30)deys. Should S[ephanie A. Boylan predecease me or she fails ro survive my dwth
by[hirty days,then in equal parts[o her issue,per slripes; and
C TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00) [o my step-granddaughter,
VALERIE MAGARO- BURKE of 359 130" Street, Amery, Wisconsin provided she survives my death

of twenty-five(25) years at the time of distribution ro him or her, I devise end bequeath the share of such

trust dies before attaining the age hventy-five (25), [he Trus[ shall [erminate and such share shall be
distribu[ed[o his or her personal representa[ive.
Should the principal of am tmst herein provided for be or become too small in the [mstee's
discretion so as to make es[ablishmcnt or continuance of the Wst inadvisable,Ihe trustec's or my personal
representative may, without court approval, make immediate distribu[ion of the [hen-remaining principal
and any accumula[ed or undis[ributed income outrigh[[o the person or persons and in[he pmportions[hey
are[hen en[itled[o income. Upon such[ertnination,the ri�[s of all persons who might o[herwise have an
interest as succeeding ineome beneficiary o� in remainder shall cease.
In the even[my Surviving S[ep-Granddaugh[er predeceases me or fails to qualiCy or ceases to act
as Tmstee, I appoin[ my friend, PAULA M. LL'ISENRING, as al[erna[e Tmstee, per [he terms and
wndi[ions of[he Trus[established herein.
ITEM 7: I give, devise and bequeath all the res[, remainder and residue of my es[ate of
