DUNKLE, of the Tow�ship of Walker, County of Centre and State ��,
of Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this as and for I,
my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills I
by me at any time heretofore made. �,

ITEM ONE: I direct the payment of all my legal �
debts, funeral expenses, transfer inheritance taxes , I
administration costs, etc. , as soon as may be conveniently
done following my decease.
ITESd TwO: All of my estate be the same real ,
personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,
I do give, devise and bequeath to my wife, LOIS S. DUNKLE,
absolutely. �I
ITEM THREE: Should my said wife, LOIS 5. DONKLE, �.
predecease me or should we die in a common disaster, then, '��
in that event, I do give, devise and bequeath all of my estate �;
to my three children, THOMAS A. DUNRLE, LARRY E. DUNKLE and
JOAN D. SMITH, in equal shares, share and share alike. In �
the event any one of my children should predecease me leaving '��
issue to survive, I direct that the issue of such deceased
child shall take the share his or her parent would have �
