AND NOW, this 0(. if day of f)i1./1k~1' , 1983, the First and
Final Account of Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company, Executor
of the Estate of Anna H. Fisher, deceased, having been confirmed
by the Court on
February 11, 1983, together with a statement of
Distribution awarding the hereinafter real estate to Clyde E. Fisher
and Ronald L. Fisher during the terms of their joint lives and the
life of the survivor of them, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed
that there be awarded to Clyde E. Fisher and Ronald L. Fisher,
during the terms of their joint lives and the life of the survivor
of them:
ALL that certain tract of real estate situated in
East pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsyl-
vania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern line of State Road
one hundred and five-tenths (100.5) feet southwardly
from the south-east corner of North Avenue and State
Road; thence extending in an easterly direction along
the line of lot No.8, Block "c" on connected plan of
lots laid out by Arthur R. Rupley, recorded in Book "0",
Vol. 6, Page 600, one hundred fifty (150) feet, to
First Alley; thence southwardly along the western line
of said alley twenty-five (25) feet to line of Lot No.6;
thence westwardly along the line of Lot No.6, through
the center of the partition wall between a pair of
frame houses one hundred fifty (150) feet to State Road;
thence northwardly along the eastern line of State Road
twenty-five (25) feet to the place of BEGINNING.

HAVING thereon erected a frame dwelling house and
being Lot NO.7, in Block "c" of aforesaid Plan, and
known as No. 156 S. Enola Drive, South Enola, Pa.
