sworn according to law, deposes and says that the foregoing is a true and
correct. account of all the rights, goods, chattels and credits which came
into the hands or possession of Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company,
Executor as aforesaid, or into the hands or possession of any other person
or persons for them.
The affiant further says that no person claiming to be interested in said
estate, whether as creditors. legatees, next of kin or otherwise, gave
written notice of such claim to Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company.
