I, VIRGINIA MAY CHAIN, residing at 1306 West High Street, in the
Borough of Haddon Heights, County of Camden and State of New Jersey, being of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make and execute this
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore
made, that is to say:
FIRST: I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon
as practicable after my death.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate to my husband,
WILLIAM B. CHAIN, JR. , provided he survives me by thirty (30) days.
THIRD: If my said husband predeceases me, or if he fails to survive
me by thirty (30) days, then and in either of such events, I give, devise and
bequeath my entire estate to my son, WILLIAM B. CHAIN, III, and daughter, SHARON
LEE CHAIN, in equal shares. If one of my children shall predecease me, then I give,
devise and bequeath all to the survivor.
FOURTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, WILLIAM B. CHAIN, JR. ,
Executor of th.is my Last Will and Testament, and I do give to him or to his
successors, full power and authority to grant, bargain, sell and convey any or

all of my real estate to any person or persons, in fee simple or otherwise, at
public or private sale, at such times and upon such terms as he shall think fit
and proper; and the purchaser thereof need not see to the proper application of
the proceeds thereof nor shall the purchaser be obliged to inquire into the
sufficiency, necessity or legality of the exercise of the power granted hereby.
It is my wish and I do hereby order and direct that my said Executor be not
required to give bond or other security as such Executor in this or any other
jurisdiction wherein proceedings may be required to be taken in connection with
this my Will .
In the event that my Executor should predecease me, renounce, fail to
qualify, become disabled, resign, die or be discharged or removed, then and
in any of such events, I do nominate, constitute and appoint my son, WILLIAM B.
CHAIN, III, as Executor with all the powers, duties, immunities and discretion
vested in my Executor first named.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
