The undersigned Affiant hereby affirms that the Will of Donald E. Owens, Sr., dated
November 30, 2012, contains a scrivener's error in that the Executrix named in the decedent's
will was incorrectly identified as Cheryl M. Knight instead of Cheryl A. Knight.
This error in no way affects the administration of the Estate of Donald E. Owens, Sr. It
is, therefore, requested that Letters Testamentary be issued to Cheryl A. Knight without further
delay.
