I, MARY D. WILSON, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke
any will previously made by me.
ITEM I : I direct that my Executor hereinafter named shall
pay all my j ust debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently
may be done after my decease from the residue of my estate .
ITEM II : I devise the premises known as 121 East Locust
Street, Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
to my son, ROBERT E. WILSON, JR. , without liability for waste and
without bond for his life so long as he desires to use such premises
as his home and pays all costs of maintenance thereof, including
taxes, assessments, insurance and repairs, said property to be
insured in a reasonable amount insuring the interest of the
remainder persons as well as himself.
ITEM III : Upon the death of my son, ROBERT E. WILSON, JR. ,
or at such prior time as he no longer uses the premises as a home
for himself, then I devise such premises known as 121 East Locust
Street, Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
to the residuary beneficiaries named in Item IV below.

A. One-sixth to my daughter, BONNIE L. SEELY, or her
issue, per stirpes .
B . One-sixth to my son, ROBERT E. WILSON, JR. , if he i
survives me . If my son, ROBERT E. WILSON, JR. , does not survive
me, his share shall be added equally to the shares of the
beneficiaries identied in sub-paragraphs A, C, D, E and F of this
Item IV.
C. One-sixth to my daughter, BRENDA L. WILLIAMSON, or
her issue, per stirpes .
D. One-sixth to my daughter, BERNICE A. STAHL, or her
issue, per stirpes .
E. One-sixth to my daughter, BENITA A. BERG, or her
issue, per stirpes .
F. One-sixth in equal shares to AMY WILSON and WILLIAM
J. WILSON, JR. , being the children of my late son, WILLIAM JOHN
WILSON, SR. , or the survivor of them. Should neither AMY WILSON
nor WILLIAM J. WILSON, JR. , survive me, their share shall be added
equally to the shares of my children, or their issue, per stirpes,
named in sub-paragraphs A through E of this Item IV.
ITEM V: I appoint my Executrix and her successors guardian
of any property which passes, either under this will or otherwise,
to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a
guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that
this appointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any
fiduciary in its discretion to distribute a share where possible
to the minor or to another for the minor ' s benefit . Such guardian

shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time
to time for the minor ' s support and education (including college
education, both graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his
or her parent ' s ability to provide for such support and education,
or to make payment for these purposes, without further
responsibility, to the minor or to the minor ' s parent or to any
person taking care of the minor.
ITEM VI : I appoir.t my daughter, BERNICE A. STAHL, Executrix
of this my last will . Should my daughter, BERNICE A. STAHL, fail
to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my daughter,
BENITA A. BERG, Executrix of this my last will .
ITEM VII : No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to
post bond or enter security for the faithful performance of her
duties in any jurisdiction.
