MOTION FOR STATUS CONFERENCE
AND NOW this 8th day of September, Petitioner, John W. Maxwell, by and through his
counsel, appears and avers the following:
1. By Order of Court dated August 25, 2015, the Honorable Albert H. Masland, Jr.,
directed that the matter is being taken under advisement for a period of two weeks to allow the
parties either to resolve the issues or work on the presentment of proposed auditors for the Court.
2. Counsel for Objector John Maxwell, and for the Estate, have been in contact and
have included counsel for the other objecting Maxwell heirs in correspondence.
3. Counsel concur that meaningful discussions toward a cost-effective resolution of
these Objections is worthwhile further pursuing and have initiated such discussions.
4. The parties and counsel concur and shall stipulate to a stay of the appointment of
an auditor pending further discussions on resolution.
5. Counsel are in agreement that a Status Conference should be scheduled before the
Court at which time counsel will present potential names of auditors to the Court and also report
on ongoing discussions relating to resolution in the Objections to the Court.

WHEREFORE, Counsel respectfully request that the Court schedule and order a Status
Conference for counsel to appear.
