I, MARY G. SHAFFER, of Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, make, publish!
and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
Wills by me heretofore made.
1. I direct payment of my debts and funeral expenses, in-
eluding a suitable marker for my grave in Rolling Green Cemetery,
Camp Hill, Pa., as soon after my death as will be convenient for my
Executor hereinafter named. I direct that all inheritance and
estate taxes payable with respect to my estate shall be paid as part
of the costs of administering my estate so that the bequests and
devises hereinafter set forth be free of tax.

2. I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, real, per-'
sonal and mixed and wheresoever situated to my husband, WILLIAM T.
SHAFFER, provided he shall survive me.
3. If my husband, William T. Shaffer, does not survive me,
I dispose of my estate as follows:
A. I give and bequeath to Evelyn Gertrude Tressler, of
Sunbury, Pa., the first choice of one of my three ladies diamond
rings.
B. I give and bequeath to Shirley Simpson, of New
Cumberland, Pa., her choice of my remaining two ladies diamond
rings.
C. I give and bequeath to Mary Lou Satterly, of Ft.
Mitchell, Kentucky, my remaining ladies diamond ring.
D. I give and bequeath to William 'lL. Tressler, of
Montandon, Pa., the diamond consistory ring of my husband.
E. I give and bequeath to Stephen E. Tressler, of
Sunbury, Pa., his choice of the two wrist watches of my husband.
F. I give and bequeath to William t. Tressler, of
Montandon, Pa., the remaining wrist watch of my husband.
G. I give, devise and bequeath the residue and re-
mainder of my property and estate in equal shares to Evelyn Gertrud~
Tressler, Shirley Simpson, Mary Lou Satterly, Susan J. Streator, of

Black Moshannon State Park, Philipsburg, Pa., and William L. Tressler
to be divided among them equally on the basis of appraised value. In
the event of any disagreement as to such division, the Executrix of
this Will shall make the division on a fair and equal basis. Any
property not so distributed among said legatees shall be sold by
the Executrix and the proceeds divided among said legatees on such
basis as to equalize their respective shares.
4. I name, constitute and appoint my husband, William T.
Shaffer, to be Executor of this Will. If my said husband shall pre-
decease me or for any reason shall not qualify as Executor, or,
having qualified, shall die, resign or be removed, I name, consti-
tute and appoint Evelyn Gertrude Tressler to be the Executrix of
this Will, or if she shall not qualify as Executrix for any reason,
I name, constitute and appoint Shirley Simpson to be Executrix of
this Will. I direct that the Executor or Executrix of this Will
shall not be required to file a bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand and seal this
