I, Benjamin Douglas Baker, hereby exercise the rights granted to me in Chapter 62 of the
Probate Estates and Fiduciary Code, 21 Pa. C.S. 6201-16207 and I hereby disclaim and renounce
my testate share of the estate of my father Douglas M. Baker and insofar as I am able to do so I
herewith grant and assign said share to Douglas M. Baker's wife,Anita M. Mulhern.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF and intending to be legally bound hereby and intending that this
Disclaimer and Renunciation shall be filed of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans
Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,Pennsylvania as provided in
