I,Ronald E.Johnson,Esquire,being duly sworn according to law does hereby dispose and say that
the Petition for the Grant of Letters for the above captioned estate inadvertently stated that the decedent was
domiciled in Berkeley County,West Virginia; and
WHEREAS, the correct domicile of the decedent at the time of his death was 175 Shippensburg
Mobile Estates, Shippensburg, Cumberland County,Pennsylvania 17257; and
WHEREAS, the Petition for the Grant of Letters should be changed to reflect the appropriate
domicile of the decedent again being Shippensburg, Cumberland County,Pennsylvania 17257.
