REASONS FOR PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
The Will of the decedent bequeathed her three diamond rings to
Evelyn Gertrude Tressler, who should have first choice, Shirley Simpson,
who should have second choice and Mary Lou Satterly who should have the
remaining ring. The rings are distributed at appraised value in accordance
~ith the choices of said legateea.
The reaidue and remainder of the estate is bequeathed in equal sharea
to Evelyn Gertrude Tressler, Shirley Simpson, Mary Lou Satterly, Susan J.
Streator and William L. Treasler in equal shares with the right to take
itema at their appraised value. Mrs. Simpson chose to take a __ble top tabl!
at the appraised value of $33.00. The amount due from her for the table
ia distributed to her as a pa~t of her share.
