I,Jerry A. Weigle,being duly sworn according to law, depose and say that I am the attorney for
the Estate of Virginia M.Chain who died testate on August 5,2015;that Letters Testamentary were duly
issued by the Cumberland County Register of Wills on September -� 2015; that said Letters
Testamentary and the Short Certificates related thereto have the incorrect Township in Cumberland
County where the deceased resided at the time of her death; and that the correct Township of residence
is Hopewell Township instead of Upper Miffiin Township; and that in all other respects the Letters
Testamentary issued and the short certificates related thereto are true and correct
