ITEM 1. I give my residence at 5245 Deerfield Avenue, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania [o my soq MARTIN P. CHRISTOPHER, if he survives me by [hirty days. If
my son, MARTIN P. CHRISTOPHER is no[ living on the thirty first day after my death, my
residence shall be sold and 1 give the proceeds in equal shares ro my daugh[ers, MARILYN
GARIS and DONNA ANTOLICK, subject [o [he survivorship clause in Irem 2 of this will.
ITEM 2. I give the contents of all of my accounts with the Pemsylvania State
Employce's Credit Union in eyual shares to my daughters,MARILYN GARIS and DONNA
ANTOLICK,if Ihey survive me by thirty days. If either or both MARILYN GARIS o�DONNA
ANTOLICK are not living on the thirty first day after my death,I give the pre-deceaseddaughter's
share to that daughter's children in equa]shares.
ITEM 3. I give the rest,residue and remaindec of my estatc to my issue,per stiipes.
ITEM 4. I direct that all myjust debts and the e�cpenses of my last illness and
disposition of my remains shall be paid from my estate as soon as practicable aRer my death and as
part of the expense of the administration of my es[ate.

Item 1 of this Will,[o sell at public oc private sale,to exchange,to Icase,to pledge,to
mortgage,to transfer,[o convert,or otherwisc dispose of, or grant options with respec[tq
any and all property,real,personal,or mixed,at any time fom�ing a oart of my probate or
[rust estates,in such marmer,at such time or times,for such purposes,for such price or
prices,and upon such terms,credits,and conditions as shall be deemed advisable or
necessary under the circumstances;
(b) To make distribution in division of the pcobate estate in cash,in kind,
ot'partly i�both;
(c) To distribute items o£tangible personal property to a minor or to his
or her guardian or[o aziy person taking care of the minor to hold for the minor wi[hin[he
limi[s authorized by statute or rule of]aw;
(d) To compromise any claim or controversy;
(e) To apportion beriveen principal and income any reeeipts and
disbursementsand to aseertain income and principal in accordance with[he s[atutes and
rules of law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania;

which may be deemed advisable or necessazy to carry out any of the powers herein granted

(g) To imest and reinvest the principal of the estate together with any
accumulatedincome thereon in all forms of property without being limi[ed by any statute or
rule of law concerning i�vestmen[s by fiduciaries;
(h) Todisclaiminheritancesandinterestsinproperty.
ITEM 6. No bond shall be required of my Personal Representativesand Trustee,but if
bond is neverthelessrequired,it shall be withou[surety.
ITEM 7. Notwithstandingany other provision of this will,I direct that if any
bene5ciary of mine is uoder eigh[een(18)yeazs of age,my Trustee shall retain whatever shace such
beneficiaryotherwise would have received hereunderand apply so much of such share or the
income thereofas my Trusree considers advisable for the beneficiary's support,education,and
welfare,accumulating any income not needed for these purposes. When a beneficiary ariains the
age of eighteen(18)years,the Trustee sha0 dishibuteto such beneficiarythe then remaining
principal and income of his or her share,dischazged of the trust.
ITEM 8. I appoint my son, MARTIN P. CHftISTOPHF,R,Executor. If he is unable
or unwilling to serve as my Execuror,then I appoint my daughter,DONNA ANTOLICK,
Executrix.
