FIRST. I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real, personal and mixed whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to my beloved wife, EDITH L. DIEHL, absolutely. THIRD. In the event that my said wife predeceases me or we die as a result of a common disaster, I then give, devise and bequeath all my estate to my children, share and share alike': FOURTH. In the event that any of the beneficiaries of this my Last Will and Testament are minors, I then give, devise and bequeath such minor's shilre to THE PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK OF SHIPPENSBURG, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, as Guardian, nevertheless, to invest and re-invest the same during the minority of the said minor, with the following additional powers: A. The power to payout of the income of the said minor's estate thos expenses necessary for the health, maintenance, support and educa- tion (including a college education) of the said minor. B. The power to pay, within the discretion of the Guardian, out of the principal of the minor's estate, if the income is insufficient, those expenses arising from the health, maintenance, support and education ({ncluding a college education) of the said minor.
