AND NOW, this
that the First and Final Account and Proposed Schedule of Distribution of Edith L. Diehl,
Executrix of the Last WiII and Testament of Glenn W. Diehl, late of Hopewell Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, have been filed und advertised in accordance
with law and Rules of Court and the same having been confirmed absolutely by the Orphans'
Court Division of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas on January 9, 1990; and
it appearing that the said Executrix in her Proposed Schedule of Distribution claims distribution
to herself of the hereinaftel'-described tract of land in conformity with decedent's Last WiII
and Testament recOl'ded in Cumberland County WiII Book 78, Page 420, Estate No, 21-78-166,
it is ordered, udjudged and decreed:
THAT all that certain lot or trnct of lnnd situnte in Hopewell Townsbip,
Cumber'land County, Pennsylvania, bounced and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at corner of land now or formerly of D.
Hodney Fogelsonger und the public road leading from Shippensburg to
Newblu'g; thence Eastwardly along said land now or formerly of D.
Rodney Fogelsonger, One Hundred Seventy-five (J 75) feet, more or
less, to a point; thence by land formerly of Wilbur A. Fogelsonger and
wife, Soutllwa,'dly Two Hundred (200) feet, more or less, to a point;
thence still by land fOl'mel'ly of Wilbur A. Fogelsongel' and wife,
Westwardly One Hundred Seventy-five (J 75) feet, more or less, to
a point; thence along said Shippensburg Road, Northwal'dly Two
Hundred Seven (207) feet, mor'e or less, to the Place of
BEGINNING.
TH E above-described twct of land has thereon erected a dwelling
house with mailing address of Star Houte, Box 89, Shippensburg, PA
17257.

BEING the same premises which Wilbur A. Fogelsonger and
Mirian S. Fogelsonger, husband and wife, by deed dated the II th day
of November, 19511, and recorded the 2nd day of January, 1951, in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County at
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "P", Volume 14, Page 14, granted
and conveyed to Glenn Diehl.
IS hereby awarded to Edith L. Diehl, her heirs and assigns.
TilE Recorder of Deeds in and for said Cumberland County is directed to record this
Order among the deed records in his office and to index the same in the Grantor index in the
name of Estate of Glenn W. Diehl, Deceased, aud in the Grantee index in the name of Edith
L. Diehl, in accordance with Section 711 and 3536 of The Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries
Code.
