This Pennsylvania lnheritance Tax Retum is being filed by Jeffrcy W. Graffius,
Administrator of the Estate of Don�a G. Amig who died on December 13, 2014. Donna G.
Amig died intestate.
Donna G. Amig's husband, Alden P. Amig died on January 4, 2014. Alden P. Amig
listed his wife, Donna G. Amig, as the payable on death beneficiary of his IRA account Donna
G. Amig deposited the funds she inherited from her husband's IRA account into her Wells Fargo
IRA account Mrs. Amig had opened an IRA account with Wells Fazgo Advisors on August 28,
2013. Aftec Nden P. Amig's death, Donna G. Amig added her three(3) step-children(same
being the children of Alden P. Amig) as payable on death beneficiaries of her Wells Fugo IRA
account The step-ehildreds names are Terri Amig, Eric Amig and Bruce Amig.
Terri Amig, Eric Amig and Bruce Amig, as the payable on death beneficiaries of Donna
G. Amig's Wells Fazgo IRA Account, are responsible for payment of any an all Pennsylvania
Inheritance Taxes due and owing with respec[to the Wells Fargo IRA Account. leffrey W.
Gra�us, Administrator, has requested a separate billing of the Pennsylvania lnheritance Tax for
this �o�-probate asset, the Wells Fargo 1RA account payable, to Donna G. Amig's step-children.
Donna G. Amig died intestate and, as such, did not leave a Last Will and Testament
which did not have a stipulation stating that all taces from the transf'er of the nonprobate asset,
same being[he Wells Fargo IRA aceount, be paid out of the probate estate. Accordingly, the
Pennsyhania lnheritance Tax due on the Wells Fargo IRA account should be addressed to the
payable on death beneficiaries as follows:
