I, ERMA A. MARTIN, of Union Township, Lebanon rounty, Pennsylvania,
declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously made by
me .
ITEM I : I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease from the residue of my estate .
ITEM II : I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of every
nature and wherever situate, in equal shares to such of my
grandchildren, kOBERT M. BkUCKLACHER, JEANETTE E. LIPENSKY, EDWARD V.
BRUCKLACHEk and THOMAS C , BRUCKLPCHER, JR. , as survive me. Should any
of my grandchildren predecease me, I devise and bequeath the share of
such child to his or her issue, per stirpes .
ITEM III : I appoint my ExEcutrix and her success�rs guardian of any
property which passes, either under this wi_11 cr otherwise, to a minor
and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and have
not otnerwise specifically done so, provided that this appointment of a
guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary in its
discretion tc distribute a share where possible to the minor or to
another for the minor ' s benefit . Such guardian shall have the power to
use prinr_ipal as we11 as income from time to time for the minor ' s
support and education (including college education, both graduate and

undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent ' s ability to provide
for such support and education, or to make paymerit for these purposes,
without further responsibility, to the minor or to the minor' s parent or
to �ny person taking care of the minor.
ITEM IV: I appoint my granddaughter, JEANETTE E. LIPENSKY,
Exer_utrix of this my last will . Should my granddaughter, JEANETTE E.
LIPENSKY, fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my
grandson, THOMAS C. BRUCKLACHER, JR. , Executor of this my last will .
Should my grandson, THOMAS C. BRUCKLACHER, JR. , fail to qualify or cease
to act as Executor, I appoint my grandson, ROBERT M. BRUCKLACHER,
Executor of this my last will . Should my grandson, ROBERT M.
BRUCKLACHER, fail to qualify or cease to act as Executor, I appoint my
grandson, EDWARD V. BRUCKLACHER, Execut.ar of this my last wi�l .
