RECEIPT AND RELEASE
I, Debra Lefin, Council President of the Trindle Spring Lutheran Church, acknowledge
that the Trindle Spring Lutheran Church is a two-thirds beneficiary of the remainder of the
Estate of Marion E. Waggoner, a long-term member of our church. I hereby acknowledge
receipt of the sum of$103,230.28, which represents all of the distributions from the said Estate
to which the Church is entitled.
I also release the Executor from any further liability with respect to the Estate and waive
all future rights to contest the Executor's distribution of the Estate and the manner in which the
Executor carried out his or her duties.
