AND NOW, this 15th day of September, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for
Probote ond Gront of Letters, filed by Darlene Arnold, on August 20, 2015, for the estate of
Micah Jonathan Lennon, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioner shall post surety bond in
the amount of $36,000.00 in the name of the Commonwealth. Petitioner is directed to
comply with Local Rule 359'.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S. §3351 et. seq., no proceeds
of real estate shall be paid to the personal representative until the court has made an
order excusing her from entering additional security or if the court requires additional
security, only after the personal representative has entered the additional security.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that upon proper filing the Bond of Personal
