from Sdwin M. Dietrich and Susanna C. Dietrich, his wife, to
Mark S. Dietrich and Lucille E. Dietrich, hi~ wife. This Deed is
recorded in Cumberland County Deed Book W Volume 13 page 421.
11ark S. Dietrich died Aug 15, 1957 whereupon full deed to this
property vested in Lucille E. Dietrich. Property sold ~ug 10,
