ARTICLE IV If my spouse predeceases me, I devise all the rest, _ residue and remainder_ of my estate of .every nature and wherever situate to the chiadren of my ,marriage to Ruth Jurecic, in .children born after the date of this will. Jurecic, born September 28, 1962. 3) Katherine R. Jurecic, born December 18, 1965. If both a child and that child' s child shall predecease me, the share normally passing to that grandchild by reason of his or her parent' s death shall pass to that grandchild' s children. If said grandchild shall die without children, that grandchild' s share shall pass to the other children of my deceased child. Should a child predecease me without issue, that share shall pass to my surviving children in equal shares, per stirpes. ARTICLE V No fiduciary under this Will shall be required to give bond or other security for the faithful performance of the fiduciary's duties. ARTICLE VI I hereby nominate and appoint Ruth Jurecic, personal representative of this, my Last Will and Testament. :.
