LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
JERE J. JONES
1, Jere J. Jones, presently residing in Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils
previously made by me.
ITEM I: 1 direct that all inheritance and estate taxes becoming due by reason
of my death, whether such taxes may be payable by my estate or by any recipient of
any property, shall be paid by my Executor out of the property passing under this Will,
which is not specifically devised or bequeathed, as an expense and cost of
administration of my estate. My Executor shall have no duty or obligation to obtain
reimbursement for any such tax paid by my Executor even though such tax was paid on
proceeds of insurance or other property not passing under this Will. If the assets not
specifically devised or bequeathed are not adequate for the payment of all such taxes,
then the recipients of the property specifically devised and bequeathed shall each pay a
pro rata portion of any such tax based upon the valuation of the property received by
each such recipient as finally determined for Federal Estate Tax purposes, or if no such
determination is made, then for applicable State Inheritance Tax purposes.
ITEM 11: 1 hereby exercise all powers of appointment which I may have at the
time of my death in favor of my Executor, and all property subject to all such powers
of appointment shall be included in my estate.
ITEM III: I hereby give, devise and bequeath my estate, whether real,
personal or mixed, of whatsoever nature or kind and wherever located as follows:
a) I give, devise and bequeath two-sevenths (2/7) of my Estate unto my sister,
Pamela S. Velencia;

b) I give, devise and bequeath one-seventh (1/7) of my Estate unto my sister,
Candace C. Crawford;
c) I give, devise and bequeath two-sevenths (2/7) of my Estate unto my
brother, Jeffrey J. Jones;
d) I give, devise and bequeath one-seventh (1/7) of my Estate unto my sister,
Tracey C. Jones; and
e) I give, devise and bequeath one-seventh (1/7) of my Estate unto Jamie E.
Morris.
In the event that one of the above-named beneficiaries predeceases me, or fails
to survive me by ninety (90) days, then that person(s) share of my estate shall be
divided among my surviving beneficiaries.
ITEM IV: In addition to such other powers as my Executor may be granted
by law, or under previous portions of this Will, they shall have the following powers:
a) To retain investments I may have at my death so long as my Executor
may deem it advisable to my estate or to do so.
b) To vary investments, when deemed desirable by my Executor, then to
invest in such bonds, stocks, notes, real estate mortgages, or other
securities, or in such other property, real or personal, as they shall deem
wise, without being restricted to so-called "legal investments".
c) In order to effect a division of the principal of my estate or of any trust or
for any other purpose, including any final distribution, my Executor is
authorized to make said divisions or distributions of the personalty and
realty partly or wholly in kind. If such division or distribution is made in
kind, said assets are required to be divided or distributed at their
respective values on the date or dates of their division or distribution.
d) To sell either at public or private sale and upon such terms and conditions
as the Executor may deem advantageous to the estate, any or all real or

personal estate or interest therein owned by the estate or in conjunction
with other persons or acquired after my death by my Executor, and to
consummate said sale or sales by sufficient deeds or other instruments to
the purchaser or purchasers, conveying a fee simple title, free and clear of
all trusts and without obligation or liability of the purchaser or purchasers.
to see to the application of the purchase money or to make inquiry into the
validity of said sale or sales; also, to make, execute, acknowledge and
deliver any and all deeds, assignments, options or other writings which
may be necessary or desirable, in carrying out any of the powers
conferred upon my Executor in this paragraph or elsewhere in my Will.
e) To mortgage real estate, and to make leases of real estate.
f) To borrow money from any party, to pay indebtedness of mine or of my
estate, expenses of administration or inheritance, legacy, estate and other
taxes.
g) To pay all costs, taxes, expenses and charges in connection with the
administration of my estate. My Executor shall pay the expenses of my
last illness and all funeral expenses.
h) To vote any shares of stock which form a part of the estate, and to
otherwise exercise all the powers incident to the ownership of such
stock.
i) In the discretion of my Executor, to unite with other owners of similar
property in carrying out any plans for the reorganization of any
corporation or company whose securities form a part of the estate.
ITEM V: Any person who shall have died at the same time as the Testator, or
in a common disaster with him, or under such circumstances that it is difficult or
impossible to determine who died first, or who shall have died less than ninety (90)
days after the death of the Testator, shall be deemed to have predeceased him.

ITEM VI: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my brother-in-law, Paul
Velencia, as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
ITEM VII: Where appropriate throughout this my Last Will and Testament, all
references herein to the singular or the masculine shall include the plural or the
feminine, respectively.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my Last
Will and Testament, consisting of this page and the preceding three (3) pages this
day of 2011.
