Pennsylvania,do make and declazc this to be my last Will and Testamen[,hereby revoking all prior
Wills and Codicils.
FIRST: Tdicectthatallmydebtsandfuneralexpensesbepaidassoonaftermydeath
� asmaybepracticable. Ifurtherdirectthatallestate,inheritance,transfer,legacy,orsoccessiontaxes
which may be assessed to my estate,or any part of my esta[e,whether passing undet my will, shall
bc paid out of my residuary estate as an expcnse of administration and without apportionment.
SF.COND: I give all thc rest and residue of my estate to my sons, DANIEL C.
PENNICK,GARY W. PENNICK,and BRUCE J. PENNICK in eyual shazes In the event any
of my children shall not be living at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath the share of
my estate which he would have reeeived,j:i his child or children, in equal shazes. In the event any
of my children predecease me and leave no child o�cliildren surviving, I give,devise and bequeath
the share which he would have received, to my surviving children, in equal shazes.
THIRD: Withoutlimitingthepowersconferredbystatuteorbyge�e�alrulesoflaw,
