I, TERRY J. TURNSAUGH, of Monroe Towrlship, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this as and for
my Last Wi11 and Testament, hereby revoking all other R'ills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I devise and bequeath all that real estate
owned by me, same being known as 1305 Woodward Drive, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, together with the furniture,
furnishings, household articles and personal effects and other
tangible personal property of like nature (not including and
excepting, however, all cash, securities, bank accounts, certifi-
cates of deposit and like intangible personal property) together
with any existing insurance thereon, to my son, BAANDON M.
TURNBAUGH, provided that should HRANDON M. TURNBAUGH predecease
me, then to my son, DEREK J. TURNBAUGH.
SECOND: I give and bequeath any and a11 automobiles
owned by me at the time of my death, to my son, BRANDON M.
TURNBAIIGH, provided that should BRANDON M. TURNBAUGH predecease
/ me, then to my son, DEREK J. mt7gNgpriGH.

THIRD: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate,
including any property over which I hold power of appointment and
�� together with any insurance policies thereon, in equal shares, to
� my children, BRANDON M. TURNBAUGH and DEREK J. TURNBAUGH. Should
BRANDON M. TURNBAUGH predecease me, then I direct that his share
-- -- under this, my Last Will and Testament, pass to DEREK J.

��-� TOANBAUGH. Should DEREK J. TURNBAUGH predecease me, then I
direct that his share under this, my Last Will and Testament,
pass to BRANDON M. TURNBAUGH.
FOURTH: In addition to all powers granted to them by
law and by other provisions of this Will, I give the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers, applicable to a11 proper-
ty, exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease,
for any period of time, any real ar personal property and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon
such Cerms (ir.cicding credit, with or withoct security) or
conditions as are deemed proper. This includes the power to give
legally sufficient instruments for transfer of the property and
to receive the proceeds of any disposition of it .
(H) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estate
and to enter into agreements concerning the partition, subdivi-
sion, improvement, zoning or management of real estate and to
impose or extinguish restrictions on real estate.
(C) To compromise any claim or controversy and to
abandon any property which is of little or no value.
(D) To invest in a11 forms of property, including
stocks, common trust funds and mortgage investment funds, without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduci-
aries, as are deemed proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification, risk or productivitv.
(E) To exercise any option, right or privilege granted
� in insurance policies or in other investments .
�3 (F) To exercise any election or privilege given by the
� Federal and other tax 1aws, including, but not necessarily being
limited to, personal income, gift and estate or inheritance tax
C laws.
� (G) To make distributions to my herein named benefici-
aries in cash or in kind or partiy in each.
(H) To borrow money from themselves or others in order

to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expenses,
to protect or improve any property held under my will, and for
investment purposes .
(I) To select a mode of payment under any qualified
retirement plan (pension plan, profit sharing plan, employee
stock ownership plan, or any other type of qualified plan) to the
extent the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exercise
any other rights which they may have under the plan, in whatever
manner they consider advisable.
FIFTH: Z direct that all inheritance, estate, trans-
fer, succession and death taxes, of any kind whatsoever, which
may be payable by reason of my death, whether or not with respect
to property passing under this Will, shall be paid out of the
principal of my residuary estate.
SIXTH: I nominate and appoint BRANDON M. TURNBAUGH,
Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament . In the event of
the death, resignation or inability to serve for any reason
whatsoever of the said BRANDON M. TURNBAUGH, I nominate and
appoint DEREK J. TURNBAUGH, Executor of this, my Last G7ill and
Testament . I direct that my Executor or Executors, as the case
may be, and their successors, sha11 not be required to post
security or a bond for the performance of their duties in any
jurisdiction.

MEMORANDUM
In conjunction with my Last Will and Testament, dated
��u�� �y , 2005 , the following information may be of some
help to my personal representatives in the administration of my
estate. This information is in no way intended to be a part of
my Wi11 nor to alter in any way anything contained in my said
Wi11 .
l . I request that my funeral arrangements be made and
handled by Myers Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania . I
request that a suitable metal casket be purchased. I further
direct that my remains be interred at the Hlair Memorial Park in
Bellwood, Pennsylvania, in Lot No. 90, Section C, Plot 1 or 2, in
the Garden of the Savior. If a vault and gravemarker must be
purchased, I request that they be purchased through the Larry
Derman Funeral Home, Lincoln Avenue, Tyrone, Pennsylvania or
through Blair Memorial Park.
