Patricia Shively, the daughter of Hazel Leahy, who resides at R.D. 7, Box 131, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is hereby appointed the guardian of the person of Hazel Leahy and of her estate. From the testimony at the hearing, it was shown that the total assets of the alleged incompetent, Hazel Leahy, consist of a 1974 Hornet automobile, valued at approximately $1,500, a checking account at Farmers Trust Company, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in the amount of $262.86. In addition, Mrs. Leahy receives $285 per month from social security. Pursuant to Section 5536 of the above-mentioned Code, Patricia Shively is authorized to expend all of the assets of Hazel Leahy as may be required for her care and maintenance without further court approval. Because of the small amount of assets available to the guardian, the guardian is excused from entering bond and from filing any inventory or accounting. By the Court, ~ t:, ~~J--r Harold E.
