CITATION
WE COMMAND, YOU that laying aside all business and excuses
whatsoever, you be and appear in your :\proper person before
the Honorable Judges of the Common pleas Court, Orphans'
Court Division at a session of the said Court there to be
held, for the County of Cumberland to show it has be ordered
and directed that a citation issue, to be served personally
upon the alleged incompetent together with a copy of the
Petition, and a hearing on said petition is fixed for 10:00
o'clock, A.M., April 13th, 1978, in Court Room NO.2, 4th
Floor, Cumberland County Court House, Carlisle Pennsylvania,
notiee thereof to be given to the alleged incompetent and to
James Leahy, son, by certified mail at least 5 days prior
to the date of hearing.
