WHEREAS, Suzanne B. Bieri died on December 19, 2009 whereupon under tF�terY,p�
of the Trust David S. Davenport succeeded Suzanne B. Bieri as an individual Co-Trustee; and
WHEREAS, under Item Twelfth of the Trust, Ramsey B. Davenport and David S.
Davenport were given the power to revoke the appointment of the then-acting Corporate
Trustee and substitute a new Corporate Trustee; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey B. Davenport and David S. Davenport have revoked the
appointment of Mid Penn Bank as Trustee and desire to appoint J�� n � c. a{ °�as
Trustee.
THEREFORE, incorporating the above by reference, Ramsey B. Davenport and
David S. Davenport do hereby appoint � n�afu V a�le�r �en�C to serve as Co-Trustee.

herself as initial Trustee and Ramsey B. DavenpoA as Co-Trustee, said Agreement being
res�ated as of the 25°i day of May, 2000; and
WHEREAS, Suzanne 6. Bieri died on December 19, 2009 whereupon under the terms
of the Trust David S. Davenport succeeded Suzanne B. Bieri as an individual Co-Trustee; and
WHEREAS, under Item Twelflh of the Trust, Ramsey 8. Dave�port and David S.
Davenport were given the power to revoke the appointment of the then-acting Corporate
Trustee and substitute a new Corporate Trustee; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey B. Davenport and David S. Davenport have revoked the
appointment of Mid Penn Bank as Trustee and desire fo appoint �.i.- ��4�as
Trustee.
THEREFORE, incorporating the above by reTerence, Ramsey B. Davenport and
