WHEREAS, the decedent, Chloe Zullinger, died on the day of September 15,2011, in
Frankli�Counry, Pennsylvania. The decede�t died testate(with a Wil]).
WHEREAS, the gcant of letters testamwtary to [he personal represe¢txtives (Executors),
Na�cy Swope and Sandra Anderson, were issued in the Cumberla�d County Register of
Wills Office on Octaber 1Q 201 l.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Sandra
Ande�son, 0(425 Backrun Road, McConnellsbu�g, PA 17233, does hereby acknowledge
havi�g received $3,485.81 from the Estate of Chloe Zullinger, i�consideration of thc
dist�ibutio� to me in hand paid and intending to be Iegally bound hereby, I do heceby, for
myself and my successors and assigns, remise, �elease, q�itclaim, and forever discharge the
said Executors, and the Estate of Chloe Zullinger of and &om aIl rights, suits, claims,
accountings, aetions, and demands, whatsoever,now or hereafter to it accmed or awruing
by viituc ot this panial distributio�.
In further consideration thereof, I, Sandra Anderson, of 425 Baclwn Road,
McConnellsburg, PA 17233, do hereby covena�t and ag�ee that upo� dema�d by the
aforesaid Admi�istrators, I will pay and refund unto them any portion thereof as the
Executors may�equire in the event that any additional charges, expenses, taxes, or aoy
other lawful claims or demands- shall hereafte� be made against the Estate to the extent of

said distribution; and m indemnity and save harmless Executors and their successors a�d
assigns, and R.7. Ma�zella &Associates, of and from any and all liabilities, claims, actions,
losses, damages, costs and expenses, not presently laiown to them, for which they may be
liable o�answer for in cespect to thc aforesaid contingencies. The provisio�s of diis
Release are applicable to all such loss or liability, including aoy resulting from the
negligence or mistake of law or fact by the Bxecutor oi R.J. Marzella& Associates.
I, Sand�a Ande�son, do further agree that all of the provisions of this inshument
shall be binding upon its successors a�d assigns.
I ag�ee to submit to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a wndition of my
ceceipt the advancement refereneed herein.
