WHEREAS, the decedent, Chloe Zullingee, died on the day of September 15,2011, in
F�anklin County, PennsyLvania. The decede�t died testate(with a Will).
WHEREAS, thc grant of letters testame�tary to the pecsonal eepcesenta[ives (Executnrs),
Nancy Swope and Sandia Andeeson, were issued in the Cumberland County Register of
Wills Office an October 10,2011.
NOW, THGREFORB, KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Nancy Swope,
of 6802 Rice Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257, does he�eby acknowledge having �eceived
$3,488.81 from the Estate of Chloe Zullingei, in consideralion of the distribution to me in
hand paid and intending to be legally bound hereby, I do he�eby,for myselti and my
successors and assigns,remise, �elease, quitclaim, and forevei discharge the said
Executo�s, and the Estate of Chloe ZulLinger of and from all cights, suits, claims,
acwunrings, actions, and demands, whatsoevei�, now or hereafre� to it aeerued or aceruing
by virtue of this partial distribution.
In further wnsideration thereof, ], Nancy Swope, of 6802 Rice Road, Shippensburg, PA
17257, do hereby covenant and agcee that upon demu�d by the aforesaid Administrators, I
will pay and �efu�d unto them any ponion thereof as the Executo�s may requi�e in the
cve�t thnt any additional charges, expenses, taxes, o�any other lawful claims or demauds
shall hereafrcr be made against the Fstate to the extent of said distributio�; and to

indc�n�ify and save haanless Execurors and theic successocs and assigns, and R.S. Marzclla
& Associates, of and from any and all liabilities,clauns, actions, losses, damages, wsts
and expcnses, not presently known to them,for which they may be liable or answer for in
respect m the aforesaid co�tingencies. The provisions of this Release ace applicable to all
such loss oc liability, including any resulting from the negligence or mistnke of law or fact
by the Execumr or R.J. Marzella& Associaus.
I, Naucy Swope, do furthe� agcee that all of the provisions of this instrument shall
be binding upon its successors and nssigns.
I agcee to submit to thc CommonweaLth of Pe�nsylvania as a condition of my
�eceipt the advancement referenced herein.
